Occupancy
Pay levels 12 and above are entitled on single occupancy. At pay levels 9 to 11 a 5-star stay is entitled on double occupancy, while 4-star and 3-star stays are single occupancy.
GST and invoicing
The hotel GSTIN appears on the invoice, with room and food as separate line items and the GST rate and amount stated separately, which is what a reimbursement claim needs.

Bhopal is a lake city and state capital where government travel, heritage and excursions to Sanchi and Bhimbetka overlap. Travellers come for business, medical, education and transit trips, and choosing the right side of the destination can remove unnecessary local travel.
MP Nagar, Arera Colony and Shamla Hills are the first areas to compare for a convenient base. Consider New Market or Habibganj when the itinerary centres on a specific attraction, office or onward route; Kolar Road is another useful fallback when central rooms are limited.
