Entitled room rate
Each pay level carries its own entitled base rate per night, GST exclusive, as promulgated by the Govt of India. Where a stay sits above that rate the difference is shown as a top-up before you pay.
Food charges
A daily food entitlement applies alongside the room rate and is GST inclusive. It covers breakfast and one major meal, and is invoiced as a separate line item so it can be claimed separately.
Occupancy
Pay levels 12 and above are entitled on single occupancy. At pay levels 9 to 11 a 5-star stay is entitled on double occupancy, while 4-star and 3-star stays are single occupancy.
GST and invoicing
The hotel GSTIN appears on the invoice, with room and food as separate line items and the GST rate and amount stated separately, which is what a reimbursement claim needs.

The practical way to book Indore is to begin with the day-by-day route. This is Madhya Pradesh’s commercial centre, with food streets, education hubs and offices spread between the old city and Vijay Nagar, so stays used for business, medical, education and transit trips are distributed across more than one neighbourhood or approach road.
Vijay Nagar is the clearest first area to examine, with Palasia and South Tukoganj offering useful alternatives. A room in Rau can be smarter for that corridor, while Scheme No. 54 and Bhawarkuan extend the choice when central availability tightens.
